Reverend Mother,

The hills are alive and so are we.

We owe our very lives to thee.

Tell the Sisters we send thanks.

I’m certain God forgave their pranks.

The children all send farewells,

Until we return when all is well.

And the Captain sends his love,

Whether or not he really should.

The door closed; the window opened wide.

We climbed the mountain to the other side.
